Systemware, Inc., the leading specialized enterprise content management company, today announced that it has signed an agreement with Missouri Gas Energy (MGE) to provide electronic bill presentment services to MGE's 500,000+ customer base.
By implementing Systemware's electronic statement presentment (e-statement) solution, MGE will be able to enhance customer service by providing its customers the ability to securely and conveniently access and view their utility bills at the company's online customer portal website. Systemware's solution will also enable MGE to quickly convert complex archived data formats, such as AFP to PDF, making it easier for customers to view and print.
Systemware's e-statement solution is a versatile and dynamic tool that provides efficient delivery of electronic statements. It is based on the company's flagship Centraspect(TM) software platform, a single interface for accessing and working with disparate silos of content and workflow. The solution uses the standard application-generated statement extract to produce an exact replica of a paper statement for viewing, printing and download. Designed to integrate with existing online applications and diverse core back-office systems, Systemware extends the convenience of paperless account service to a client's entire customer base, as well as to any call centers or office branches.
"As the leading provider of e-statement presentment solutions, Systemware offers companies such as MGE a powerful tool for efficient and cost-effective electronic communication processes," said Dan Basso, CEO of Systemware. "After deploying our solutions, companies have enhanced customer service by providing billing information at the customer's convenience."
