Globecomm Systems Receives Award Under an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity Contract From a U.S. Government Customer Valued at $11.7 Million

Globecomm Systems Inc. (NASDAQ: GCOM), a global provider of end-to-end value-added satellite-based communications solutions, announced today that the Company has received an award under a Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract from a U.S. Government customer valued at $11.7 million.
The U.S. Government has utilized this IDIQ contract to purchase $21.6 million of satellite infrastructure from the Company over the past 19 months, excluding this award.
The Company currently anticipates executing this entire contract in the current fiscal year ending June 30, 2007.
