MINNETONKA, Minn., Aug. 8 /PRNewswire/ -- Michael Foods, Inc. announced today that the Company will release its second quarter 2006 financial results on August 14, 2006 and will conduct a conference call for debtholders to discuss the results at 9:00 a.m. Central that day.
