Satellite Security Corporation Hires New President to Run Subsidiary, Satellite Security Systems

SAN DIEGO, Aug. 14 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Satellite Security Corporation (BULLETIN BOARD: SSCY) , today announced that it has hired Eric Chapman as President of its wholly owned subsidiary, Satellite Security Systems, Inc. (S3).

Chapman began his career with CACI, Inc., a San Diego software company in 1987. In 1995, Chapman was appointed to the company's senior management team to lead an OEM transaction with Motorola that ultimately resulted in the launch of a new business division for CACI.

In 1998, Chapman left CACI and joined Systems Engineering Associates (SEA) also headquartered in San Diego CA. Chapman was recruited by SEA to participate in a management turn-around for SEA. The company was facing major challenges related to generating clients and employee retention. Mr. Chapman formulated and implemented a strategy that launched a multi-million dollar line of business that ultimately led to the sale of SEA to a San Diego based software company. After the sale, Chapman was retained by the surviving company to assist in the integration of certain aspects SEA's business.
