Environmental Energy Services, Inc. (EESV) Announces New Subsidiary for Drilling

BOISE, Idaho, Aug. 23 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Environmental Energy Services, Inc. (BULLETIN BOARD: EESV) announced today that it has created a new wholly-owned drilling subsidiary, EESV Drilling. Creating this subsidiary allows EESV better and more effective control over timing, costs, and site-related issues.

"EESV Drilling is key to our go-forward plan and allows EESV to be more aggressive with our drilling strategy," said Douglas Holsted, President of EESV. "EESV Drilling will utilize state-of-the-art drilling practices and equipment to accomplish this goal."

EESV Drilling is in the process of negotiating contracts with two major drilling companies for rig availability this fall. Also, EESV Drilling is acquiring drilling equipment to be delivered in the first quarter of next year.
