Hi-Tech Pharmacal to Release First Quarter Earnings and Hold Conference Call on September 7, 2006

Hi-Tech Pharmacal Co., Inc. (NASDAQ: HITK) announced that the Company will release results for its first quarter of Fiscal Year 2007 ended July 31, 2006, prior to the market opening on Thursday September 7, 2006 and will hold a conference call to discuss its financial results at 10 a.m. Eastern Time.
