(OTCBB: SOEN) is a photovoltaic (PV) solar energy cell manufacturing enterprise based in Shanghai, China where the Company is establishing a sophisticated 42,000 square foot manufacturing and research facility in Shanghai's Jinqiao Modern Science and Technology Park.
