Bruce A. Williamson, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Dynegy Inc. (NYSE:DYN), will participate in the Merrill Lynch Global Power and Gas Leaders Conference in New York City. Williamson’s presentation will be part of a panel discussion, “Independent Power Producers: On The Upswing,” scheduled for 7:45 a.m. ET/6:45 a.m. CT on Wednesday, September 27, 2006.
