AirTran Airways Launches Sale for Travel To/From All Destinations

ORLANDO, Fla., Oct. 3 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- AirTran Airways, a subsidiary of AirTran Holdings, Inc. , today launched a sale for flights to and from all of the airline's destinations with fares starting as low as $39* each way. Travelers may purchase these sale fares at http://www.airtran.com/ or via AirTran Airways' reservations system at 1-800-AIR-TRAN. For Spanish, call 1-877-581-9842.
These special fares are available for purchase through October 17, 2006, and are good for travel through February 1, 2007. Like all AirTran Airways fares, prices included in this sale are available for one-way travel and do not require a roundtrip purchase or a Saturday night stay.

* All fares are one-way. All fares are non-refundable and a $50 fee per person applies to any change made after purchase plus any applicable increase in airfare. Ten-day advance purchase required. Tickets must be purchased by October 17, 2006. Travel must be completed by February 1, 2007. Lowest advertised fares are available for travel on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Saturdays. Additional sale fares are valid for travel on Mondays, Thursdays, and Fridays. Fares are not valid for travel on Sundays. Seats are limited, subject to availability, and may not be available on all flights. Blackout dates are November 21, 22, 25-27 and December 20, 2006, through January 3, 2007. Fares, routes, and schedules are subject to change without notice. Fares do not include per-segment tax of $3.30. A segment is defined as one takeoff and one landing. The September 11th security fee of up to $10 is not included. Airport Passenger Facility Charges of up to $18 are not included.
