This is the second meeting on this issue; the first took place on January 31, 2006. Port staff will give a presentation describing the approach taken to evaluate opportunities and constraints for each potential mitigation site, and the results of a study taken.
All members of the community are invited to attend this public meeting. There will be a question-and-answer period, and public comments will be taken.

A proprietary department of the City of Los Angeles, the Port is self-supporting and does not receive taxpayer dollars. High priority is placed on responsible growth initiatives combined with high security, environmental stewardship and community outreach. The Port of Los Angeles - A cleaner port. A brighter future.
