Dean Foods Company Names Harrald Kroeker, Chief Operating Officer, Dairy Group

DALLAS, Nov. 21 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Dean Foods Company today announced that Harrald Kroeker has joined the Company as Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, Dairy Group.
Kroeker joins the company from Pepsi Bottling Group where he served in multiple executive capacities -- most recently, as Vice President and General Manager, Great West Business Unit. Prior to this assignment, Harrald held numerous key leadership roles within Pepsi Bottling that included start-up and acquisition transition operations in Moscow and Mexico.
Additional leadership positions at Pepsi Bottling include Senior Vice President of Customer Initiatives, Vice President of Selling and Delivery Operations and Vice President of Operations. He will report to Alan Bernon, President of the Dairy Group.

Kroeker has directed the integration of acquired businesses, restructured organizations and launched start-up businesses and operations in Hungary, Russia and Mexico. He also has led and managed complex growth challenges in all aspects of the consumer packaged goods industry, including manufacturing, operations, distribution and sales.
In addition to his experience with Pepsi Bottling, Harrald held leadership positions in sales with Polaroid and Proctor & Gamble.
