Fares shown are for round-trip, off-peak Economy-Class travel purchased on AA.com, and are in U.S. dollars. Slightly higher fares apply on peak days. Fares are subject to change without notice. International fares are subject to government approval.

Fares do not include (a) a federal excise tax of $3.30 ($3.40 for ticketing and travel on/after Jan. 1, 2007) per U.S. domestic flight segment, defined as one takeoff and landing, of a passenger’s itinerary; (b) up to $18 per round trip in local airport charges; and (c) September 11th Security Fee of $2.50 per enplanement originating at a U.S. airport, up to $5 per one way or $10 per round trip. For international destinations and Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands, government taxes and fees of up to $160, varying by destination, are not included and may vary slightly depending on currency exchange rates at the time of purchase.

For U.S. travel: Tickets must be purchased at least 14 days prior to departure or within one day of making reservations, whichever comes first, but no later than 11:59 p.m., Jan. 9, 2007 (Central Standard Time). Fares shown are valid for travel between Jan. 9 and March 7, 2007. Except for Hawaii, fares shown are valid for travel Tuesday/Wednesday/Saturday. To Hawaii, off- peak fares are valid for travel Monday-Wednesday, and from Hawaii, Tuesday- Thursday. Other travel days are available at additional cost. Up to a three- night minimum stay may be required and a 30-day maximum stay is allowed. Within the continental U.S., travel is not valid Feb. 16, 19, 25, 2007.

For Europe travel: Tickets must be purchased at least seven days prior to departure or within three days of making reservations, whichever comes first, but no later than 11:59 p.m., Jan. 9, 2007 (Central Standard Time). Fares shown are valid for travel Monday through Thursday (Monday through Wednesday between the U.S. and the United Kingdom). Travel must begin by March 28, 2007, with return travel complete by midnight April 25, 2007. A Saturday- night minimum stay is required and a 30-day maximum stay is allowed.

For Puerto Rico/U.S. Virgin Islands travel: Tickets must be purchased at least seven days prior to departure or within one day of making reservations, whichever comes first, but no later than 11:59 p.m., Jan. 9, 2007 (Central Standard Time). Fares shown are valid for travel Monday through Thursday. Travel must begin by Feb. 27, 2007, with return travel complete by midnight March 1, 2007. Travel is not valid from Boston from Feb. 16-18, 2007, and to Boston from Feb. 23-25, 2007. A two-day minimum stay is required and a 30-day maximum stay is allowed.

For Mexico travel: Tickets must be purchased within two days of making reservations, but no later than 11:59 p.m., Jan. 9, 2007 (Central Standard Time). Fares shown are valid for travel Monday through Thursday. Travel must begin by Feb. 22, 2007, with return travel complete by midnight Feb. 28, 2007. A three-day minimum stay is required and a 30-day maximum stay is allowed.

For Asia travel: Tickets must be purchased at least seven days prior to departure or within three days of making reservations, whichever comes first, but no later than 11:59 p.m., Jan. 9, 2007 (Central Standard Time). Fares shown are valid for travel Monday through Thursday. Travel must begin by Feb. 28, 2007, with return travel complete by midnight March 29, 2007. Travel is not valid from the U.S. to Shanghai from Feb. 9-16, 2007. A six-day minimum stay is required and a 30-day maximum stay is allowed.

Advertised fares are valid only on American Airlines, American Eagle, and AmericanConnection(R) and do not apply to other codeshare flights. Seats are limited. Fares may not be available on all flights. Schedules are subject to change without notice.

Fares are nonrefundable and nontransferable. Changes to your ticket may be made if you meet the restrictions of the new fare and pay a $100 service fee ($150 for Asia, $200 for Europe) plus any fare difference. Changes must be made before your flight departs. When you cancel your flight prior to departure time, the ticket will be valid for one year from the date of issue on an unused ticket or one year from travel origination on a partially used ticket. If you do not cancel your flight before departure time, the ticket has no value.

A portion of or all travel booked on American Airlines may be operated by American Eagle or AmericanConnection.
