CINCINNATI, Jan. 1 /PRNewswire/ -- Givaudan Flavours has announced the introduction of its exciting new proprietary global trends program, FlavourVision(TM), and will roll it out to its customers globally early in 2007. FlavourVision(TM) distills Givaudan's knowledge of the global savoury, confectionery, beverages, dairy and citrus categories, as well as consumers' interaction with the global marketplace, into and understanding of "what's next".

FlavourVision(TM) provides product concept and flavour direction for today and the future, by integrating knowledge derived from myriad sources, including Givaudan proprietary programs such as TrendTrek(R), Chef's Council(R) and TasteTrek(R), industry-leading consumer insight, market analysis, flavour expertise, and collaboration with the Givaudan Fragrance division. The FlavourVision(TM) program enriches Givaudan's ability to offer creative, relevant taste solutions, through exploration of global megatrends, consumer and market drivers, cultural influences, and food and beverage trends that shape the way we think, what we consume, and ultimately, the future of flavour.

"FlavourVision(TM) will enable them to more easily take advantage of our proprietary programs and resources, because we can develop product concepts for each customer with flavours and prototypes specifically chosen to meet their needs."
