North American Airlines Launches New Website, Flynaa.Com, to Improve Customer On-Line Experience

JAMAICA, N.Y., Feb. 12 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- North American Airlines has launched a redesigned website, http://www.flynaa.com/, offering an enhanced on- line experience for customers flying its scheduled service between the United States and its African and South American destinations.

The new website offers customers a clear and efficient reservations process and many other conveniences, including an on-line request for group reservations and other useful travel information. Charter customers also will benefit from the re-designed website through a new on-line charter request process.

"Our new site provides a simple booking process and transparent pricing for our customers," said Rob Binns, chief marketing officer. "Overall, it is a much quicker and more efficient process and we have other enhancements coming in the near future, including a travel agent portal.
