APTOS, Calif., Feb. 13 /PRNewswire/ -- Blue Horizon Organic Seafood Company has elevated the quality of frozen entrees and appetizers available in supermarkets by introducing its Last Minute Chef product line featuring sustainable seafood and top quality natural ingredients.
Already a leading supplier of branded and private label seafood, Blue Horizon's Last Minute Chef frozen line of entrees and appetizers are ready in minutes and include four types of hand made spring rolls family size meals.
"Last Minute Chef products have no MSG, no preservatives, no flavor enhancing synthetic chemicals, so all you get is great flavor through quality ingredients and responsibly sourced seafood," said Blue Horizon co-founder John Battendieri. Blue Horizon's Last Minute Chef hand-made spring rolls (hand-made means less "wrapper" and more content) come in 12 per box in Thai vegetable, Chinese vegetable, Thai shrimp and Chinese shrimp varieties. Family-size meals, including Pad Thai (rice noodles with shrimp, fresh vegetables and sprouts), are another of the line's popular meal solution.
