Uzbek Telecom Company to Get 20m Dollars From China

The China Development Bank will invest over 20m dollars in a project to reconstruct and develop the telecommunications network of the Uzbektelekom [Uzbek Telecommunications] joint-stock company.
The country’s government, accepting the Uzbek Communications and Information Agency’s proposal on the joint project, has created good conditions for the investor by providing tax privileges.
