Northeast Energy and Commerce Association Hosts Secretary Ian Bowles

The Northeast Energy and Commerce Association (NECA), a broad-based trade association serving the competitive electric power industry, will host “Successful Renewable Energy Project Development in New England” on March 1, 2007.

Ian Bowles, Secretary of Environmental Affairs for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, will present the keynote speech on the new administration’s goals and priorities for renewable energy.
