Mesa Air Group, Inc. Reports January 2007 Traffic Including Go!, Hawaii's Low Fare Airline

PHOENIX, Feb. 28 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Mesa Air Group, Inc. today reported its preliminary traffic figures for January 2007. Year-over-year available seat miles increased 6.9% in January 2007 to 782 million, compared to 732 million in January 2006. Revenue passenger miles increased 7.6% from 500 million in 2006 to 538 million in 2007. Passenger enplanements increased 18.6% from 1,068,352 in January 2006 to 1,267,414 in January 2007.

January was the eighth month of operation for Mesa's independent Hawaii division go! which recorded an overall completion factor of 100% and on time arrival rate of 96.3%. go!'s operations generated 12.9 million available seat miles, 7.6 million revenue passenger miles and 53,208 passenger enplanements, resulting in a load factor of 58.4%.
Based on monthly data published by the DOT, Mesa Airlines, operating as US Airways Express, ranked the number one on-time airline at Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport in 2006. Mesa flew 85.6% of all flights on-time and had a controllable completion rate in excess of 99%.

Effective June 9, 2006 Mesa launched interisland Hawaiian service as go! This new operation links Honolulu to the neighbor island airports of Hilo, Kahului, Kona, and Lihue.
