Lifeway Foods to Serve Kefir With Style at the International Restaurant & Foodservice Show of New York

As a breakfast alternative, for example, Lifeway will demonstrate how its kefir can be used to create fruit parfaits with granola and fresh strawberries, energy-boosting smoothies and other recipes that can be served in a martini glass, garnished with a fruit kabob, or otherwise dressed up for a foodservice-worthy presentation.
