RegionsAir, a commuter carrier for American Airlines and Continental Airlines, has suspended service to fix pilot-training problems, the U.S. Federal Aviation Administration said. The airline said it had improperly trained the employees who check the training of other pilots. Continental and American said they planned to rebook passengers or refund tickets.
