Alternate Energy Holdings (PINKSHEETS: AEHI) has been in discussion with Washington Group International, a leading international engineering and construction firm based in Boise, Idaho, regarding AEHI's proposed nuclear and bio-fuels generation plant in Idaho. Among its extensive work for energy and environmental markets, Washington Group has engineered and/or constructed forty-nine of the world's nuclear power plants, including the last unit to go on-line in the United States.
