Nascent Food Service Opens Distribution Center in Mexicali

Nascent Wine Company, Inc. dba Nascent Food Service (OTCBB:NCTW), a company quickly becoming one of the largest food distributorships in Mexico, announced today that it has opened a full service warehouse and distribution center in Mexicali, Baja, Mexico and appointed Mario Santaella-Gross as the new General Manager.

The opening of the Mexicali distribution center allows more efficient and cost effective distribution to the entire area surrounding Mexicali. Sandro Piancone, CEO of Nascent Food Service, stated that "Opening our distribution center in Mexicali will allow Nascent to better serve the whole area around Mexicali, which is becoming a significant economic power in Mexico." Mr. Piancone went on to state that "Because Mexicali has become an industrial city with an expanding middle class with substantial purchasing power, and has attracted superstores such as Wal-Mart, Sam's Clubs, and Costco, it makes sense for Nascent to have a significant presence there."

The newest member of the Nascent management team is Mario Santaella-Gross, General Manager of the Mexicali Distribution Center. Mr. Santaella-Gross, a member of one of the founding families of Mexicali, has extensive import-export business experience.

The opening of the Mexicali distribution center furthers Nascent's goal of becoming the first National Distributor of imported food products in Mexico. Nascent now has seven strategically located distribution centers located in San Diego, Miami, Tijuana, Cabo San Lucas, Puerto Penasco, Ensenada, and now Mexicali.
