Jobs Created for Railway Services

RAIL firm GNER yesterday announced the creation of 65 jobs as part of its launch of 12 extra services between Yorkshire, the East Midlands and London.York-based GNER said the posts will include drivers, chefs, station staff and maintenance workers, based in London and Leeds.Project manager Magnus Conn said the extra jobs would be crucial to delivering the change. He said: “We have a busy recruitment and training programme under way, and look forward to launching the increase in services from 21 May.”
