The World: Bus Crash Toll 28

THE death toll from a bus crash on the outskirts of Mexican city Ciudad Juarez has risen to 28 dead, with 21 injured.
The bus driver, who was among the dead, was speeding when the vehicle collided with an articulated lorry near the Texas border.
