Yushchenko Could Be Impeached – Yanukovych

KYIV. April 16 (Interfax) – President Viktor Yushchenko’s impeachment may be raised if the Constitutional Court finds his decree on the dissolution of parliament illegal, Ukrainian Prime Minister Viktor Yanukovych said.
When asked whether he was ready to start impeachment procedures, Yanukovych said: “Yes. Because we don’t see any outcome that will find this decree constitutional.”
