Pipeline Software Completes Merger With Intech Professionals

Pipeline Software Inc., the SAP Connectivity People, today announced it has completed a merger of assets and operations from Sarasota, Fla.-based Intech Professionals Inc. The combined company will retain the Pipeline Software company name and headquarters in Santa Ana, Calif. As part of the transaction, Bert Kastel, Intech Professionals' founder and chief executive officer, has been named as Pipeline Software's chief solutions architect.
