Vista Joins TPG to Bid for Iberia ; Business News IN BRIEF

Vista Capital, an Anglo-Spanish investment fund run by RBS and Santander, has joined the US-based Texas Pacific Group to bid for the Spanish carrier Iberia. They are also understood to be talking to British Airways, which already owns 10 per cent of the airline, about joining them.
