CanAfrican Metals and Mining Corp.: AGM and Appointment of Officers

CanAfrican Metals and Mining Corp. (TSX VENTURE: CAF) is pleased to announce the Annual and Special Meeting of shareholders was successfully completed. Mr. David Way was appointed as President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company. The board of directors now consists of David Way, Mike Hopley, Brad Jefferson, Allan Beaton and Zeny Manalo.

CanAfrican Metals and Mining, with its new management team in place is committed to growing the Company and increasing shareholder value by acquiring quality mineral and processing related projects particularly in Southern Africa and surrounding Country. Our new Board now consists of two senior Directors with strong English and South African connections. This in conjunction with our Canadian directors allows the Company to take full advantage of the current opportunities in our industry.
