Cloudbreak Resources Nevada Gold and Copper Property Exploration Update-Elko County, Nevada

Cloudbreak Resources Ltd. (TSX VENTURE: CDB)(FRANKFURT: C6K) ("Cloudbreak" or the "Company") announced today that has initiated field work and the drill permit application process on its West Dolly Varden gold copper claims in Elko County Nevada. This work includes 3-D Induced Polarization (IP) surveying, geological mapping and sampling, the results of which will be used to outline up to five diamond drill targets to test for gold/copper mineralization at depth.

The preliminary IP results from the deep IP survey conducted on the adjacent Consolidated Goldwin property leaves Company geologists excited about the possiblity of a deep, mineralized intrusive continuing onto Cloudbreak's optioned property. The near surface response is possibly reflected in the vicinity of adits and trenches on the property where scattered veins and mineralization were logged in preliminary geological sampling. The association of mineralization with the chargeability responses discovered on the adjacent property requires further investigation of any IP anomaly found in the current survey to determine if the source is metaliferrous mineralization.

Should we be successful in intersecting this trend in drill core, the Company will aggressively move to continue drilling this trend to outline a possible new gold/copper deposit in the greatest gold/copper state in the United States."

The Dolly Varden area is recognized as a classic eastern Great Basin district with base and precious metals associated with upper Paleozoic sediments intruded by Cretaceous auriferous magmas, which is a similar geological setting to the Battle Mountain Fortitude skarn gold type of deposit. The skarn and intrusive related mineralization present is analogous to the Fortitude type of gold deposit in east central Nevada
