Union Pacific Corporation Declares Quarterly Dividend of 35 Cents a Share

The Board of Directors of Union Pacific Corporation (NYSE:UNP) has declared a quarterly dividend of 35 cents per share on its common stock, payable July 2, 2007 to stockholders of record May 30, 2007.
Union Pacific has paid dividends on its common stock for 108 consecutive years.
