Eos Airlines Strengthens Executive Team With Industry Veteran

PURCHASE, N.Y., May 8 /PRNewswire/ — Eos Airlines announces today that Holly Nelson has joined the company as Vice President Finance & Controller. Ms. Nelson will be responsible for corporate reporting, taxes, internal controls and all accounting functions, and will report to Eilif Serck-Hanssen, Executive Vice President Finance and Chief Financial Officer.

Ms. Nelson is a Certified Public Accountant with over 23 years of airline industry experience. Prior to joining Eos, she was Senior Vice President, Controller and Chief Accounting Officer with JetBlue Airways, where in her six years she was instrumental in taking the airline into the public markets while contributing to their successful growth. Prior to JetBlue, Nelson held senior positions with Northwest Airlines, Inc., Nabisco Brands, and KPMG.

Ms. Nelson was recently a member of the Accounting Standards Executive Committee (AcSEC). She earned her bachelors degree in Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin at Eau Claire, and currently resides with her family in Fairfield County, Connecticut.
