Foundation Coal To Hold Investor Day On May 30th In New York City

Foundation Coal Holdings, Inc. (NYSE:FCL) today announced that it will host an Investor Day beginning at 8:30 a.m. ET on May 30th at the Intercontinental – The Barclay New York in New York City.

Foundation chairman and chief executive officer, James F. Roberts, senior vice president and chief financial officer, Frank J. Wood, and other members of Foundation’s management team will deliver presentations reviewing Foundation’s business and strategy. A question and answer session will follow the presentations.

The event will be webcast live over the Internet in listen-only mode. Participants can link to the webcast at www.foundationcoal.com under the “Investors” page. The webcast will be available for replay on the Foundation website shortly after the event concludes.
