Dynegy CEO to Speak at RBC Capital Markets Energy Conference

Bruce A. Williamson, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Dynegy Inc. (NYSE:DYN), will participate in a panel discussion at the RBC Capital Markets Energy Conference in New York City. The panel discussion is scheduled for 9:40 a.m. ET/8:40 a.m. CT on June 5, 2007.
The presentation will be web cast live, and will be available via the "Investor Relations" section of Dynegy's web site at www.dynegy.com through June 19, 2007.
Dynegy Inc. produces and sells electric energy, capacity and ancillary services in key U.S. markets. The company's power generation portfolio consists of approximately 20,000 megawatts of baseload, intermediate and peaking power plants fueled by a mix of coal, fuel oil and natural gas. DYNC
