Bruce A. Williamson, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Dynegy Inc. (NYSE:DYN), will participate in a panel discussion at the Citi Power, Gas and Utilities Conference in Charleston, S.C. The panel discussion is scheduled for 7:45 a.m. ET/6:45 a.m. CT on Thursday, June 7, 2007.
