I-10 and I-19 Closures Will Start Today

Jun. 12–Some closures on interstate highways will affect drivers on I-19 on the South Side and I-10 near Casa Grande this week.

The northbound Interstate 19 exit ramp at Irvington Road will be closed today from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.

The southbound I-19 on-ramp at Irvington will be closed Wednesday and Thursday from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.

These closures are for repair work on the ramps.

Westbound Interstate 10 at Florence Boulevard will be closed from 8 tonight to 5 a.m. Wednesday. Crews have been working in the area, near Casa Grande, to prepare for widening the bridge at Florence Boulevard.

The Arizona Department of Transportation encourages drivers to watch for construction workers and officers, obey all signs and follow detours in the work areas. Complete roads and transportation coverage
