The company intends to file a registration statement for Solar Style, Inc. with the Securities & Exchange Committee (SEC) and the intended spin off will take effect as soon as practicable after the SEC declares the registration statement effective. The company will seek a separate public listing for Solar Style, Inc. All existing UCSY shareholders will receive shares in the proposed new public entity. A date of record will shortly be announced.
