Power agency groups from five states are participating in the project plus the original developer Peabody Energy Corporation (NYSE: BTU). The five agencies are American Municipal Power-Ohio (AMP-Ohio) with an 18.75% interest in the project, Indiana Municipal Power Agency (IMPA) (Carmel, Indiana) with 12.5%, Missouri Municipal Electric Utility Commission (MMEUC) with 12.19%, Municipal Electric Power Agency of Kentucky (MEPAK) with 7.82%, and the Northern Illinois Municipal Power Agency (NIMPA) with 7.59%.
