FORT WORTH, Texas _ AMR Corp., the parent company of American Airlines and American Eagle, could eliminate up to 6,800 jobs this year as it downsizes its fall schedule, executives said.

One of Plymouth airline Air Southwest's most regular customers has celebrated a flying milestone. Barry Clifford has notched up 150 flights on the airline - and that impressive number is still soaring.
