BRIEF: Mercer Law, Business Schools Rank Among Top in U.S., Report Says

Oct. 13–Mercer University’s law and business schools have received honors from the Princeton Review this year.
The Walter F. George School of Law was featured in The Princeton Review’s 2008 edition of “Best 170 Law Schools.”
Mercer ranked ninth on the education service company’s list of “Professors Rock (Legally Speaking).” This is the fourth consecutive year Mercer’s faculty have appeared on the list.
Students at Mercer’s law school reported they found professors who were willing to help students and gave great practical skills instruction, according to a news release.
The Princeton Review also tipped its hat to the Eugene W. Stetson School of Business and Economics in its 2008 edition of “Best 290 Business Schools.”
Mercer’s Atlanta MBA program ranked first for “Greatest Opportunity for Women.”
Students reported finding happy students and cutting-edge classes in the program, according to a news release.
All rankings were determined from student surveys.
