Bar Association Names Officers, New Members

Attorney Richard C. Low was installed as president of the Lancaster Bar Association during the group's recent annual meeting.

Other officers are: James H. Thomas, of Blakinger Byler & Thomas, president-elect; Michael W. Wagman, of Bennett Bricklin & Saltzburg, vice president; James Orgass, of MidPenn Legal Services, secretary; and John H. May, of May Metzger & Zimmerman, treasurer.

Jennifer L. Mejia, of Shirk & Mejia, delegate; Kendra F. McGuire, of Barley Snyder, judiciary committee; Jeffrey P. Ouellet, of Hartman Underhill & Brubaker, and Charles H. Rieck IV, of the District Attorney's office, Law Review board of managers.

In addition to the installation of officers, Low, a partner in the firm of Herr & Low, presented 24 new members of the Lancaster Bar Association to the Lancaster County Court judges.

The new attorneys, along with their professional association and education, are:

Serving as law clerks for county court judges will be: Trisha L. Romano, for President Judge Louis J. Also, Anne M. Heaney, for Judge Dennis E. Reinaker, graduate of University of Pittsburgh and University of Pittsburgh Law School; Joseph J. Kenneff, for Judge Margaret C. Miller, graduate of Juniata College and Widener University School of Law; Lara E. Levengood, for Judge David R. Workman, graduate of Davidson College and Duquesne University; Elizabeth F. Murdock, for Judge Jeffrey D. Wright, graduate of Ithaca College and Widener University School of Law.

Victoria Y. Ko, MidPenn Legal Services, graduate of Brandeis University and Seton Hall University School of Law; William R. Stoycos, Attorney General's Office, graduate of Wake Forest University and College of William and Mary; Christopher M.
