Beaver County Community College has signed an agreement that will make it easier for its students to transfer to Indiana University of Pennsylvania.

Students who get an associate degree will be able to transfer into 12 bachelor's degree programs at IUP, under terms of the agreement announced Wednesday.

IUP has a similar arrangement with the Boyce Campus of the Community College of Allegheny County for students seeking a bachelor's degree in business and with the Allegheny Campus for those working on a bachelor's degree in education.
