FULLERTON, Calif., June 24 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- Hope International University joins the University Center of North Puget Sound in Everett, WA, offering bachelor's degree programs in Human Development (Education or Counseling concentration) and Management beginning in the Fall of 2008. The programs are offered through HIU's School of Professional Studies (SPS).
Like all SPS programs, these degrees are designed for the working adult, offering convenient schedules that enable adult students to maintain full-time employment while achieving a degree from Hope. Courses will be offered online in 5-week modules, with 1 Saturday seminar every 10 weeks. Saturday seminars will be held at the Everett Station in the University Center facilities.
The Human Development program includes concentrations in counseling and education. The Management program focuses on preparing students for work in for-profit, non-profit, and governmental organizations. Both programs are aimed at students who have already completed the first two years of their college education. Everett Community College and Hope International University have signed an agreement that enables students with an associate degree the ability to transfer in with two years of college credit.
