VIRGINIA TECH HONORS SALEM RESIDENTS

n Brigitte Anderson of Salem, received a Bachelor of Science degree in psychology from the College of Science.

n Lisa Anderson of Salem, received a Bachelor of Science degree in apparel, housing, and resource management from the College of Liberal Arts and Human Sciences.

n Jamie Dudley of Salem, received a Bachelor of Science in Business degree in hospitality and tourism management from the Pamplin College of Business.

n Jordan Green of Salem, received a Bachelor of Science degree in wildlife science from the College of Natural Resources.

n Megan Kanode of Salem, received received a Bachelor of Arts degree in communication from the College of Liberal Arts and Human Sciences.

n Lauren Merrill of Salem, received a Bachelor of Architecture degree cum laude in architecture from the College of Architecture and Urban Studies.

n Emily Mook of Salem, received a Bachelor of Arts degree summa cum laude in English from the College of Liberal Arts and Human Sciences.

n Nathaniel Overstreet of Salem, received a Bachelor of Science in Business degree magna cum laude in accounting and information systems from the Pamplin College of Business.

n Andrew Ratliff of Salem, received a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering degree in computer engineering from the College of Engineering.

n Jenna Saxton of Salem, received a Bachelor of Science degree in biological sciences from the College of Science.

NATIONAL COLLEGE APPOINTS ADMISSIONS OFFICIALS

National College is proud to announce two new staff additions, Armeda Jones and Sadie Powell, both from Roanoke, to the Roanoke Valley campus located on East Main Street in Salem.

Jones and Powell were hired as admissions representatives and work closely with prospective students to determine their educational needs and facilitate their enrollment in one of the many programs offered at the Roanoke Valley campus.

Former Salem resident earns master’s degree in teaching

Abigail E. Willard has earned her Master’s Degree in Early Childhood Special Education from Radford University. Abby is a Salem High School graduate and now resides in Roanoke. She is a teacher at Fallon Park Elementary School.
