What’s New in Pembroke Schools

What’s new
180 students have been transferred from the Hobomock Elementary School to the Bryantville Elementary School to reduce class sizes.
Pembroke Community Middle School has switched to a trimester schedule.
The school system is implementing a new “student information system,” PowerSchool Premier, that includes a parent Web portal. The system will be rolled out to high school parents in September and October, then to parents at other district schools over the course of the year.
School lunch prices have been raised by 25 cents, to $2 at the elementary and middle schools and $2.25 at the high school.
Introducing
New Hobomock Principal Donna McGarrigle, who was assistant principal of Bryantville last year. Hobomock’s new assistant principal is Jessica Duncanson, a longtime teacher at the school.
Sandra Lovett, a 20-year veteran of the Pembroke schools, is the new assistant principal at Bryantville.
