Six Schools in Cash Crisis Fears

Neath Port Talbot Council bosses have confirmed that six schools can’t make ends meet. Parents of debt-ridden schools face a lengthy wait to find out if their child’s school is among them.

They are believed to include three primary schools and three secondary schools. It is feared schools with budget problems could axe staff.

But an appeal to the council to identify the schools has been turned down.
