Water District Educator Chosen to Lead Project WET

Lynne Richard, an environmental education coordinator for the Portland Water District, was chosen to lead Project WET, Water Education for Teachers, and associated water education programs.
In addition to coordinating PWD’s Hydrologics education program, Richard will lead Project WET, a nonprofit water education program and publisher for educators and young people ages 5 to 18.
The program is designed to promote awareness, appreciation, knowledge and stewardship of water resources.
