Wheelock College-- WHAT: Wheelock College Offers Emergency Enrollment to Displaced Students WHO: WHEELOCK COLLEGE, a private, Boston-based college and recognized national leader in the professional fields relating to child and family studies, social work, and education, is deeply concerned about the impact of Hurricane Katrina on students who were planning to attend college in the affected area. WHEN: September 6, 2005 WHY: Those students from the New England area who are interested in professional programs in education, social work, child and family studies or multidisciplinary arts and science majors, may be eligible to attend Wheelock for a semester or longer at little or no cost.
