Bonny Eagle High School Principal Sheila Jepson invites parents and community members to assist in a self-study being conducted by the school's staff to achieve accreditation for the school.
The study is a large component in the evaluation process by the Commission on Public Secondary Schools for accreditation by the New England Association of Schools and Colleges.
Jepson said the self-study will evaluate all aspects of the school.
Volunteers are needed to serve on committees evaluating student learning in the areas of mission and expectations; curriculum; instruction; assessment; leadership and organization; school resources and community resources.
Those interested should call Sue Orlowski, Ed Twilley or Lyn Willison, coordinators of the evaluation, at 642-9080 or 929-4199 during school hours.
