A PRIMARY school in Wavertree is becoming Fairtradefriendly.
Lawrence community primary pupils received an educational pack from the Co-op to help.
The youngsters will learn about Co-op Fairtrade products and taste some chocolate and fruit.
The Co-op is inviting more primary schools to become "Fairtrade friendly" and has produced a free, interactive educational pack to raise awareness of the benefits Fairtrade can bring to developing countries.
Copies of the Fairtrade school packs are available by visiting www.co-opfairtrade .co.uk
