Duo Pen Book for Children

A NEW book aimed at helping children all over Europe with special educational needs has been penned with the help of the expertise of two officers from Worcestershire County Council.
Kathy Roberts, policy development manager, and Liz Holt, service manager at the council, have contributed greatly to the book Early Childhood Intervention, which was launched at Birmingham's International Convention Centre
